Conversion of existing 200-year-old 2-storey Convent (Protected Structure) to new Pastoral Centre including relocation of existing Sacristy to provide new entrance/reception area, new Chapel & 50-seat Auditorium, installation of mezzanine floor into existing double height space to provide new Parish offices & toilets, new passenger lift, 2 no. new major Parish function/exhibition spaces including kitchen servery, re-plastering & complete re-decoration of interior, re-pointing of existing external stone detailing & external hard & soft landscaping.
