Part 8 Planning Permission has been granted for 93 units comprising 60 apartments in 2 no. blocks, 18 own-door duplex units & 15 no. 3 -bed houses designed by Walsh Associates Architects & Project Managers on lands at the junction of New Nangor Road & Fonthill Road South in Clondalkin, Dublin 22.

Bethany House for Clúid Housing Association

 Construction has commenced on the site of our project for Clúid Housing Association at Bethany House at the junction of Park Avenue & Guilford Road, Sandymount, Dublin 4. The project comprises 62 no. 1 & 2-bed apartments in 4 no. blocks.
