Fingal South Masterplan for Dublin City Council

Masterplan for Dublin City Council for the regeneration of the Finglas South to address the problem of anti-social behaviour on existing open spaces in the area combined with an urgent need for affordable residential units in the form of housing, apartments and/or duplex units.

The scheme provides for a variety of residential types, extensive precinct improvements works, community facilities including new parklands & playgrounds & accommodation for senior citizens in the area & represents a major investment in the area by Dublin City Council.

The scheme provides for a total of 462 units.
