Cherry Orchard Masterplan for Dublin City Council
Masterplan for the regeneration of the Cherry Orchard area which provides for a mix of interventions including low density infill housing, high density apartment & duplex units including a new village centre comprising shops & offices, leisure facilities & the upgrading of existing open spaces where development is not proposed & the provision of extensive new hard & soft landscaped areas. The Masterplan required extensive consultation with existing local community & other interested parties. The Masterplan also required an extensive study of existing services, traffic, bus routes, pedestrian & vehicular linkages.  The scheme provides for a total of 612 units.
